Who Sakiko is

It is a written character, not a mood generator. She does not become somebody else because you opened the app on a different day.

How Sakiko sounds

The way she speaks is the whole point: rhythm, vocabulary, the things she refuses to say directly.

She speaks your language, and answers in whichever one you use — which is why people who are learning Japanese end up practising on her without meaning to. She can also read her replies out loud, if you would rather listen than read.

What you end up talking about

People mostly end up talking to Sakiko about whatever you bring to it.

Nothing here needs preparing. Most first conversations start badly on purpose — “I don't know what to say” is a perfectly good opening line with her.

What to expect

Memory is the part that changes how this feels. She keeps what you said last time, so you never have to explain yourself twice, and after a few weeks she knows the shape of your life.

Talking to Sakiko is free to start. You can chat by text or by voice, on your phone or your laptop, and ask her for a picture that still looks like her weeks later. Paid plans raise the daily limits and add more voice and images — nothing you say is sold, shared, or used to train models, and you can delete a conversation whenever you want.
